hi there,
ReplyDeletefirst ty for your work it helps out so much esp as tank. my question is just about the lock-out of ops, how do the lock-outs work in ToR and also how long would a clear on the ops take for a new guild with fresh 50s that are other mmo raid experienced.
thanks for your help
big
Hello Big,
DeleteThe lock outs are for 1 week and reset every Tuesday some time in the early morning (CST Time). Each Operation has 3 difficulty settings, "Story", "Hard" and "Nightmare". Hard and Nightmare share the same lockout, and Story has it's own.
It depends on how long it takes people to learn the fights, once you have the mechanics down the fights aren't that difficult. I joined a group and jumped right in to Hard Mode Operations and we had everything cleared in 2 weeks. Nightmare took us another 2 weeks.
In Patch 1.2 they added another Operation that has taken us probably 40 hours so far to clear through (Hard Mode). It was much more challenging to learn the fights.
(If you use the above form we can email back and forth with specifics if you'd like some more details)
You mentioned the augments for shadows but what mods and enhancements should we aim for? Please be as detailed as possible
ReplyDeleteWith the introduction of augments you don't have to swap out mods or enhancements to optimize your gear, all optimization can be done at the augment level.
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI am a shadow tank and right now my stats are this:
29.40% def rating
46.08% shield rating
60.85% absorb rating
I am wondering if my absorb is a bit too high? I really don't know for sure and can't find a guide for shadows post dread guard stuff..
thanks,
Dustin
