There are actually two steps to retrieving the Strength Datacron. First you must locate and kill the Ancient Probe to retrieve a "Depleted Datacron" which is powered up in a generator for you to finally obtain the strength boost.
Ancient Probe:
The Ancient Probe can be difficult to locate - it's actually easier to stay in one spot and let it come to you than it is to try and chase it down during it's route.

Once you locate the droid it's just a matter of taking him out. His respawn is 1/2 hour, so if someone has killed it recently you might be in for a bit of a wait. This is less likely since the servers have become far less crowded, but still possible.
The droid itself isn't a difficult opponent, it is easily soloable at level 50. Make sure you stay out of the red circles (missiles drop into circle constantly) and blue circles (little flame spouting AOE droid appears). His regular attacks do minimal damage to my tank character and it was easy for my healer companion to keep up and even outpace the damage.
Make sure you loot the droid after it dies! Don't waste that depleted datacron.
TIP: If you are having trouble killing the droid and are Republic, you can kite the droid into the nearby republic soldiers close to the top of it's patrol route.
Powering the Datacron:
Once you have obtained the depleted Datacron travel to the Starship graveyard and head to the far eastern edge where you would enter the factory. Just outside of the factory entrance is a ramp up to a platform on the right. At the far end of this platform you'll find the machine that will charge your cube. Just click to insert the cube and wait a few seconds for the machine to power it up.
NOTE: Only one person in a group needs the depleted datacron, all group members are able to click on the powered up datacron once it begins to glow. If you've taken the time to get the cube see about inviting a few friends to join you and get a free Datacron.
