This boss is part of the World Event that started soon after Patch 1.2 was released. He patrols in the Outlaw Den (the group PvP area), before tackling him make sure you have a rakghoul serum vaccine (avaliable at any Med Droid).
Boss Level: 50
Attacks:
- Stomp
- Headbutt
- Melee
There isn't much to this guy, make sure you have the serum or you'll get the infected status which isn't any fun. Initially he attacks slowly and doesn't do a lot of damage. That picks up over the course of the fight - once he gets critical he does quite a bit of damage and it looks like at some point his stomp changes to an AOE effect.
He summons Sand People to fight for him through the fight, they are all elites and do a bit of damage. From my position I couldn't really see how often they showed up, or how many of them at a time - it appeared to be a group of 4 from what I saw at the end. These should probably be killed so people can focus on the boss.
The boss has protection against ranged attackers, 75% damage reduction to all attacks from range. We moved everyone in to melee range and I didn't hear anyone say they had trouble.
