I like exploring the maps, so when I'm bored and/or waiting for something I'm usually bouncing around, climbing on stuff, running to weird places to dance - I'm sure you know the type.
This tidbit I found while waiting outside the EV entrance on the Gav Daragon. This was pre 1.1.5 patch, and I've checked back a few times but they were gone. I haven't been back since the 1.2 patch, maybe they've returned! I should go have a look.
Anyway - to find these guys, you have to jump up on the console by the EV entrance, then jump up onto the ledge that runs around the wall. Once you get on the ledge, face plant into the corner and move your camera around a bit - eventually you'll hit the spot where the wall disappears and you can see outside.
Unfortunately you can't get out there to see what they're talking about, or ask how they're standing still like that in outer space - I've tried, believe me.
