There is a bit of travel involved to get to this Datacron. Unless you're over-leveled you'll have to fight your way through.
Head south from the flight point following the main path. Where it branches West, head in that direction. Continue on the main path till you get to the ramp heading South. Continue up the ramps to the top area then head inside.
Continue to the south along the main path until you find the marked area, then locate the stacked crates to begin.
Climb the crates to the top, then jump on to the nearby balcony. Follow the balcony to the gap and leap to the nearby pipe. Cross to the far balcony on the pipe. Continue along that balcony to the next pipe extending back to the first balcony. Jump to the pipe and cross back over.
Follow the balcony around the curve to the end, then jump to the sign protruding out toward another balcony. Head along the sign and jump off the far side to the last balcony. Continue along this balcony to the Datacron.
